As the CEO of Light Networks for over the past 15 years, Robby has grown the company into a focused provider of contact center and collaboration consulting services serving clients throughout the United States.
With specific strengths in enterprise-based communications and contact center strategy and the ability to listen objectively and help others understand the business problem at hand, Robby believes in the Golden Rule, customer service excellence, candor, and prefers face to face communication wherever possible.
Prior to co-founding Light Networks Robby worked as a top salesperson in the technology space in Atlanta for nearly 20 years for several, highly recognized organizations. Robby is responsible for the overall business strategy and finance areas of the business and he still actively works with clients on long term strategy.
Robby attended the University of Florida where he earned his BSBA in Marketing. He and his wife, Beth, have been married for over 25 years spending the last 20 years in Roswell, Ga. where they raised their two sons and are currently attending North Point Community Church. Over the years Robby has spent countless hours either on the sports field coaching or as a volunteer in a rotational advisory board member capacity. He is currently serving on boards for both Zoom and Vonage.
